Due to the nature of our products, all sales of pre-made items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Custom Orders:
All custom and personalized orders are custom-designed and crafted specifically for you. As a result, custom orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at littledovecharms@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
