Example: If your final custom price was $35, minus your $10 deposit, select $25.
Turnaround: Once your final payment is complete, your custom piece will be handcrafted and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Ready-to-Ship & Pre-Made Items:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of pre-made items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Custom Orders:
All custom and personalized orders are custom-designed and crafted specifically for you. As a result, custom orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once production has begun.

Acceptance of Terms:
By completing your purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at littledovecharms@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
